Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase . If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept eligible returns.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and must be received back within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, email shop@annbernyc.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return is authorized, a prepaid return label will be provided. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning your entire order, or if the total value of the items you keep is under $150, an additional $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.

All returned items are subject to a $2 restocking fee per item.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.

Late Returns

Returns received outside the 7-day return window may be refused and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and the original item must be received back within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, email shop@annbernyc.com with your order number and the item and size you would like to exchange.

Once the exchange is authorized, you will receive instructions for the return label and any applicable charges. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale items are final sale.

Items purchased using a discount code are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop@annbernyc.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
